What to bring

All the chalets are fully equipped and serviced but we do suggest that you bring:

  • Bath towels - though towels will be provided on request
  • Swimming towels
  • Torches
  • Insect repellant

We have a warm climate. Winter is sometimes cold in the mornings and evenings with the temperature going down to perhaps 7 degrees in the early morning but during the day it can go up to mid twenties. Summer is normally always warm with an average temperature of around 35 degrees celcius

This part of Limpopo Province is not a high risk Malaria area - but that does not mean that you need not take precautions when sitting around the fire at night. We encourage you to cover your arms and legs and use mosquito repellants.

Our chalets have fly screens on all their windows and doors. There is also mosquito nets above all the beds.
